Symonne Robinson has over 15 years’ experience in local and state government across a broad range of corporate and community service portfolios including organisational development, community services, customer experience and strategic planning.

Symonne has held a number of senior leadership roles across Victorian councils leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering complex projects and driving organisational improvement. She brings strong strategic, operational and people leadership capability, with extensive experience supporting executive teams and elected representatives to achieve effective governance, sustainable financial outcomes and high-quality community services.

Symonne holds a Master of Business Administration, a Diploma of Human Resource Management and qualifications in community care.
