Supported playgroups

Council runs supported playgroups, that are led by specially trained and qualified playgroup leaders. At these playgroups families have an opportunity to learn new ideas for their children’s learning and development, meet other parents and carers and provide an opportunity for children to play with others.

Hawkesdale

Tuesdays (during school terms), 11am-1pm.

Hawkesdale Memorial Hall, Dawson Street, Hawkesdale

Thursdays (during school terms), 10:30am-12:30pm

Garvoc community hub

4 Farrell Street, Garvoc

The facilitated playgroups are free for parents with children aged 0-5 years.
