Council is currently upgrading its internal IT systems. This may lead to delays in responding to requests for service. Our team will aim to keep delays to a minimum and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Council’s 2026-27 Creative Change Grants are open to individuals, groups, and organisations working across all art forms to take creative risks, experiment, and explore bold new ideas - advancing their creative practice and careers while contributing to our vibrant cultural life.
Applications are encouraged from emerging, mid-career, and established creatives - including First Nations people, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people with disability.
The program offers up to $5,000 per project (total funding pool $15,000) to support innovative concepts, new collaborations, and experimental approaches that could grow into larger creative projects in the future.
Eligible applicants must be based in Moyne or delivering a project within the shire and must contact council’s arts and culture officer to discuss their proposal before applying.
Applications open Monday 3 August 2026 and close Sunday 6 September 2026.
For more information contact Rebecca Elmes, Arts and Culture Officer - rebecca.elmes@moyne.vic.gov.au or 1300 656 564.
