Upgrade of internal IT systems

Council is currently upgrading its internal IT systems to create a more connected and efficient way of working so we can serve our community even better.

From now until July 10, responses to community requests may take a little longer than usual. There may also be temporary delays in supplier onboarding, invoice processing and supplier payments while the system is implemented. 

Our teams are undertaking extensive planning and testing to minimise disruptions and maintain service levels throughout this period. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum, however we ask for your patience and understanding while our teams get used to a new system, processes and way of working.
