Public Art Program

We’re bringing art into everyday spaces.

The Moyne Public Art Program presents artwork in public locations across the shire, transforming everyday spaces into open-air exhibition sites.

The program is designed to increase the visibility of local creative practice while activating town centres across Moyne.

As part of the program, council is activating sites in Koroit and Mortlake, where a rotating series of artworks will be displayed throughout the year.

This is an opportunity for artists to share their work in the public realm — whether it already exists or is something new they would like to create.

The opportunity

  • Exhibit your work in a prominent public location
  • Paid opportunity
  • Open to emerging and established artists
  • No theme - open to all ideas and styles.

Each site hosts four exhibitions per year, ensuring a regular rotation of artworks.
