Swimming pools and spas

If you own a pool or spa or plan to have one built, you must:

  • register each pool or spa on your property with Moyne Shire
  • after registering, have it inspected and lodge a Certificate of Barrier Compliance (form 23).

You only need to register your pool or spa once.

After registering, you'll need to have your pool or spa inspected and submit a Certificate of Barrier Compliance (form 23) every four years.
