The purpose of this policy is to ensure a consistent advocacy-based approach for council when it makes any submission to the Minister for Planning regarding planning permit applications for Major Energy Generation Facilities or Environmental Effects Statements within Moyne Shire Council or within close proximity to its boundaries.
