Lisa is committed to building strong, connected, and future-focused communities across Moyne. Elected in 2024, she brings a fresh perspective grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a genuine passion for community wellbeing. Her approach centres on listening deeply, engaging openly, and ensuring decisions are made with both transparency and purpose.

Lisa advocates for responsible governance and long-term planning that supports thriving towns and vibrant local life. She is particularly focused on equitable access to services, strengthening community infrastructure, embedding diversity, equity and inclusion, and supporting local resilience in the face of social, economic, and climate pressures.

With a background in health promotion, workforce wellbeing, and community development, Lisa brings a strategic and compassionate lens to Council decision-making. Championing inclusive engagement, elevating community voices, and ensuring Council’s work reflects the needs and aspirations of residents across the Shire are always front of mind.

Lisa represents her community on a number of committees and regional partnerships including Rural Councils Victoria, Moyne’s Environmental and Sustainability Committee, the Southcombe Park Community Assets Committee, and the Ryan Corner Wind Farm Community Engagement Committee. Above all, she is committed to fostering a Shire where people feel valued and supported, as well as where local communities feel empowered to shape their own futures.
