Repaired footpath at Hawkesdale

Works update

Maintenance

  • Jet patchers and Flocon patching trucks carrying out pothole and edge break repairs on both sealed and unsealed roads across Moyne
  • Footpath repair works completed in Hawkesdale on the footpath leading to Apex Park and campground
  • Cleaners and street sweeper teams have been completing duties as part of day-to-day operations.

Open Space

  • Elizabeth-Jehu Street Reserve - further tree removals underway due to poor health and potential hazards
  • Meeting with Glenelg Hopkins CMA to confirm native vegetation signage locations
  • Plane trees in Bourke Avenue, Koroit removed
  • Playground inspections continue across Port Fairy and Yambuk

Construction

  • Woorndoo-Streatham Road - sealing completed with line marking still to be actioned to finalise project
  • 2026-2027 construction schedule planning underway with projects and budgets being finalised in the coming weeks.

Resealing

2026-2027 resealing programme schedule and budget currently being finalised
