Montgomery Pavilion is located within the Tea Tree Lake precinct in Mortlake and provides a flexible indoor and outdoor working environment. The space is offered unfurnished.

This residency is designed for an individual artist. Residency periods range from one to three months.

  • Parking within Tea Tree Reserve, approximately 10 metres
  • The outdoor area is not exclusive to the resident artist and remains open to public access as part of the recreation reserve

Accessibility

  • Paved pathway provides level access to the pavilion entrance
  • Paved access is available from the pavilion to the nearby public accessible toilet facilities
  • There is a slight level transition from the external surface into the internal space (small step / threshold)
  • Door widths are standard residential width and may require consideration for larger mobility devices
  • Surrounding grounds are grassed and unpaved. Access beyond the pathway may require travel across grassed surfaces
