The former Macarthur depot is being reimagined as a multi-tenant artist studio hub.

Located on the main street of Macarthur, the building offers four individual studios, each available for a fixed 12-month studio period (May 2025 to April 2027).

The depot is a functional working space. While not refurbished, it offers a practical environment well suited to artists who require room to experiment and undertake hands-on, process-driven work.

This opportunity will suit practitioners seeking consistency, independence and a dedicated studio setting within a small-town context.
