About the program

Creative Residencies are open to artists and creative practitioners working across art forms. 

We welcome applications from:

  • Individual artists and creative practitioners
  • Collaborators and collectives
  • Arts organisations and companies

Priority will be given to Moyne based applicants. 

What the program offers

  • No-cost access to selected council-owned or managed spaces
  • Utilities covered by council
  • In-kind support and connection to council’s arts and culture officer
  • Extended time for creative development
  • No requirement to deliver a public outcome

Artist responsibilities

Artists are required to:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Hold current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million)
  • Comply with the Creative Residency conditions of use

This is a non-residential program. Spaces are available for creative use only.
