From now until the end of March 2026, Moyne Shire households may receive a phone call or see an invitation on social media inviting them to take part in a survey, conducted by TKW Research on behalf of independent market research agency Klein Research.

The Community Satisfaction Survey, coordinated by Local Government Victoria, gives residents the chance to share their views on how Council is performing across various areas such as customer service, roads, business and community development, and overall Council direction.

Similar surveys will be undertaken across other Victorian Councils. Participating Councils receive reports that compare results with previous years, statewide findings and Councils of a similar size.

Mayor Cr Jordan Lockett said the survey is a valuable way for residents to have their say.

“400 residents are selected at random, and all responses are voluntary and anonymous,” Cr Lockett said.

“Council only sees the overall results, which help us understand what we’re doing well and where there’s room to improve,” he said.

“We’ll share the results with the community in June 2026 through our usual communication channels.”

“We really appreciate those who take the time to provide us with this important feedback.”

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete. Calls may be made from a landline or mobile phone number by TKW Research, and residents can request help in their preferred language if needed.
