  2. Accessible places
    • Make buildings, parks and footpaths easier to use
    • Make signs and information easy to understand
  3. Fair services
    • Make sure services work well for people with disability
    • Train staff to understand disability better
  4. Listening and learning
    • Ask people with disability what they think
    • Keep checking if the plan is working
