In accordance with the Road Management Act 2004 and the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016, Moyne Shire Council gives notice that it has completed a review of its Road Management Plan and Register of Public Roads.
As a result of this review, Council has amended its Road Management Plan by improving readability, redefining the road and footpath hierarchy, and reviewing inspection and maintenance timeframes.

Hard copies are available to view at the Moyne Shire Council Offices, 1 Jamieson Avenue, Mortlake and Princes Street Port Fairy during business hours.
Any person may make a submission on the proposed amendments commencing from Saturday 5 April 2025 and closing at 5pm Friday 2 May 2025.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Moyne Shire Council, and clearly marked “Amended Road Management Plan 2025 and Register of Public Roads 2025”. Submissions will be accepted via email at moyne@moyne.vic.gov.au or via post PO Box 51, Port Fairy, Victoria 3284.
