Moyne Shire is served by the Corangamite Regional Library Corporation.

The Corangamite Regional Library Corporation provides a public library service to two municipalities: the Shires of  Corangamite, and Moyne.  

There are three libraries in Moyne at Koroit, Mortlake, and Port Fairy.
