Animal registration
All dogs and cats must be registered to us by the age of three months under state legislation.
New registrations
Download the animal registration form(PDF, 171KB) or collect one in person when you lodge your form and fees at one of our offices
All cats and dogs must be microchipped with proof for registration to be accepted.
A lifetime tag will be issued that must be worn on your pet's collar. Lost or damaged tags will be replaced at one of our offices
Desexing
Pension card holders are entitled to an Australian Veterinary Association voucher which provides a reduced veterinary fee for desexing.
Renewing your registration
Animal registrations must be renewed by 10 April each year.
