Celebrated across cities and regions nationwide for more than 45 years, the festival invites communities to connect with Australia's diverse stories, offering immersive experiences that bring heritage to life for thousands of people each year.

This year's theme Change invites all Australians to uncover the ways history continues to shape us - and how we are shaping history in return.

Moyne is proud to be part of the Australian Heritage Festival, celebrating the rich history and living heritage of our region. With the support of local community members, groups and volunteers, a diverse program of events and activities has been brought together across the shire. From guided experiences and open days to self-paced heritage trails, there are many ways for visitors and locals to connect with the stories, places and people that continue to shape Moyne today.
