Event planning guide(PDF, 4MB) s designed to provide event organisers with the knowledge to help run a safe and successful event and is to be used as a reference to provide support when completing your application form.

Event marketing guide(PDF, 8MB) has been developed as an introductory guide to provide event organsiers with handy hints, marketing techniques and links to resources that may assist in expanding your marketing programs.

The 11 child safe standards set out minimum requirements and outline the actions organisations must take to keep children and young people safe. ;To develop effective prevention and mitigation strategies, organisations need to identify risks. This involves looking at where and how the event engages with children and focusing on risks to children, in addition to risks to the event. A risk assessment template is below for reference when planning your event.
