Academic Support Scholarships

We are inviting students currently enrolled in a full-time course of study at a tertiary institution in 2024 to apply for scholarship funds.

The funds are awarded on an annual basis to assist students with tertiary study costs for the year in which the award is made. The selection panel retain the right to award any number of scholarships from the $10,000 allocated funds.

Applicants must have been a resident of Moyne Shire when undertaking their secondary education and must currently enrolled in a tertiary course of study for the 2024 academic year.

Applicants must submit a written statement of not more than 500 words detailing their involvement in their secondary education and community engagement over their VCE / VCAL study years. This statement should include the course of study the applicant is enrolled in, their reasons for undertaking this course of study, and how scholarship funds could assist them in their first year of study.

Applicants must provide copies of their VCE subject results with ATAR score, or VCAL subject results, and a written reference.
