Koroit Structure Plan

Council is preparing a Structure Plan for Koroit, which has been identified as a ‘district town’ suitable for growth.

A structure plan is a long‐term land use planning document, which will set out a vision for the town and provide a framework for its future growth and development, including commercial, industrial and residential development.

Council would like to hear your thoughts on how you view Koroit’s future.
