Council Plan

Submissions closing on 15 August 2021, 12:00 AM

Members of the Moyne community are invited to provide feedback on the Draft Council Plan 2021-25. As Council’s key strategic document, this plan will guide the organisation’s work in delivering on our goals and priorities, and community aspirations over the next four years.

The Council Plan(PDF, 5MB) has been informed by extensive community input received through the My Moyne My Future engagement project over the past six months. The themes and issues raised by the community– such as the environment and climate change, economy and jobs, liveability and wellbeing, services and community facilities - are directly reflected in the Council Plan.  

For the first time, the Council Plan incorporates a Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan, outlining how Council will work in partnership with external agencies to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for the people of Moyne.

The Draft Council Plan is open for community feedback from 17 July until 15 August.

To have your say on the Council Plan, submissions can be made via:

  • Online community survey
  • Hard copy survey with return paid envelope available from Council customer service centres and community libraries
  • Email to moyne@moyne.vic.gov.au;
  • A formal submission letter, with the subject line ‘Council Plan Submission’, to PO Box 51, Princes Street, Port Fairy, VIC 3284
