Koroit Structure Plan

Council has prepared a Draft Structure Plan and Background Report for Koroit, which has been identified as a ‘district town’ suitable for growth.

A Structure Plan is a long‐term land use planning document, which sets out a vision for the town and provides a framework for its future growth and development, including commercial, industrial and residential development.

The Background Report was developed following initial community and stakeholder consultation, and a review of existing state and local planning policies, and the undertaking of data collection, analysis. Its purpose was to form the basis for the preparation of the Draft Structure Plan.
