In accordance with section 74 of the Local Government Act 1989 the Council has commenced a review of Councillor and Mayoral allowances. The Council will at its May 2021 meeting consider a motion to adopt the following allowances: Councillor - $26,245 per annum per Councillor Mayor - $81,204 per annum
Written submissions on the review will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act and must be sent to Bill Millard, Chief Executive Officer, Moyne Shire Council, PO Box 51, Port Fairy, VIC, 3284, not tess than 28 days after the publication of this notice.
Submissions will close 5pm on 5 April 2021.
