Visitor Services

Council's Visitor Information Service is an essential distribution outlet for marketing materials promoting your business. Our team is there to provide support, advise and facilitate improved destination outcomes.

Port Fairy and Region Visitor Information Centre

We operate the accredited 7 day a week Port Fairy and Region Visitor Information Centre and support the operation of the part time Mortlake Information Service.

We offer bike and wheelchair hire, tour booking services, accommodation bookings and referrals, local event tickets, guided town and wharf walks, local merchandise and souvenir sales and free Wi-Fi.

Our services are supported by a volunteer ambassador program. Our volunteers maintain a wealth of knowledge about local business and attractions to share with visitors.

If you are interested in being a part of our volunteer ambassador program, simply fill in an Application Form or go to Volunteer with Council Webpage for more information.
