  • Council has made a submission to the Minister for Planning on the proposed planning permit for the Mt Fyans Wind Farm. Council's submission can be viewed here
  • Council revised its position on wind farms at the September 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting.   • Council has commissioned a telephone survey of 400 Moyne residents  to understand community views about renewable energy and future construction of wind farms in the Shire. The survey report prepared by JWS Research is published on the Wind Farm Community Research webpage
