Child Care

Moyne Shire provides child care at Port Fairy Community Services Centre, Hawkesdale & District Family Services Centre & Chatsworth Centre Based Care.

The staff in our centres welcome a visit from you and your child so that you can familiarise yourself with the centre and the individual program that they offer.

To register your interest for child care please complete the application form below which will be submitted to our administration team for processing. We will contact you shortly to discuss your application and let you know whether we have positions currently available, or find out if you would like to be placed on our waitlist.
