Payment Options 

BPAY View

Council rates notices are now available through BPAY View® – a convenient and popular service that allows you to receive and view your bills through a secure online banking environment.

To use BPAY View®, you will need to be registered for internet banking with your financial institution.
Visit your financial institution website
Log on to internet banking
Select ‘View Bills’ or the BPAY View tab
Follow the prompts to register your bill
BPAY Biller Code 71944
BPAY Reference Number Located on the front of your notice (seven digit number starting with 5)

 

BPAY

Your financial institution can tell you if you have access to BPAY.
You can use BPAY either online or phone banking.

BPAY code: 71944
Reference Number: Your reference number is located next to the BPAY logo on your rates notice.

 

Online

Pay your rates online using your credit card at theBPOINT websiteusing the biller code 71944

 

SecurePay

Pay your rates online using SecurePay using the reference number in the bottom left corner of your rates notice.  

Mail

Detach the payment slip and mail with payment to:

Please make any cheques payable to Moyne Shire Council. Please note that receipts will not be issued for mailed payments.

Please don't staple cheques to the credit slip when returning payment.

 

In person

Payments may be made at Council Offices, present the rates notice page intact, payment may be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Please make any cheques payable to Moyne Shire Council.
