| The community is invited to comment on the draft Mortlake Urban Design Framework to ensure the Council and its consultants have addressed the community’s views on the future planning for the township.
The Mortlake Urban Design Framework: Analyses specific issues and opportunities affecting Mortlake. Provides a draft strategic framework that includes the vision and key objectives and strategies. Outlines an implementation plan that includes a draft master plan for Dunlop Street with an alternate plan developed by the Project Steering Committee also being exhibited as a possible option. Sets out the planning scheme provisions required to implement the UDF and the priorities and programs (including master plan cost estimates).

The plan is available by clicking on the links below - please note this is a large document and may take some time to download depending on your internet connection speed.
It is also available at the Council’s Mortlake Office, 1 Jamieson Avenue, at the Mortlake Visitor Information Telecentre and the Mortlake Newsagency.
