Level Up Online Busking Festival

Are you a performer, comedian, poet, actor, juggler, contortionist or just simply enjoy entertaining? If so, this is your chance to shine.

Submit your performance below to be showcased in our 'Level Up' busking festival to be held online Friday 7 August @ 6:30pm.

What's an online busking festival?

Videos you send into us will be compiled into one large live stream event that will be premiered on the Moyne FReeZA Facebook Page, so make sure you like our Facebook page to be kept in the loop and to watch the festival itself.

All performers will be in the running to win on of 4 prizes which will be decided by the public in a viewers choice award, so make sure you tell your mates.

Prizes will be awarded for:

  • 1st Prize $300
  • 2nd Prize $200
  • 3rd Prize $100
  • Encouragement Award $50

What we need from you:

  •  Complete the application form below
  • Upload one video of your performance (portrait mode)
  • Make sure your videos are of a decent quality - resolution of 1920x1080 at 30 frames per second
  • We encourage you to be creative, after-all it's a busking festival!

Some basic ground rules:

  • Your performance must not exceed 7 minutes
  • Your performance must not contain explicit language or content

Uploading Files

Please upload your performance video (max 7 min performance) via a file sharing platform e.g. Dropbox or google drive and send to rebecca.elmes@moyne.vic.gov.au

Applications close Sunday 26th July.

By submitting your video, you give Moyne Shire Council the right to use this video during our Level Up online busking festival, unless otherwise arrangements have been made with Rebecca Elmes 5568 0555.

Youth information will be stored in Council's customer database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for the delivery of services and information.
